We will be implementing a number of significant adaptations to our programming to promote a safe environment for children and camps staff, while maintaining the primary objective of summer camp - to have fun!Īt this time, our plan is to open online registration for Sport Fitness School on Monday, May 17th, with camps running July 5th - August 27th. The OCA has a task force of camp experts who are working alongside public health officials, medical personnel and government representatives to put forth a comprehensive plan for all camps that will put the health and safety of your children at the forefront. Breaks will occur for campers to take off their face covering when physically distanced and being outside, under the direct supervision of camp staff. Once on campus, face coverings will be required for campers and staff will be during indoor programs, where physical distance is not possible, or if playing an activity with another cohort. Each cohort will have dedicated outdoor space and their own weekly indoor space for inclement weather days. These cohort groups will be formed based on their camp drop-off and pick-up times, and this is the group that your camper will be a member of throughout the week.
